My Creative critical reflection

1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represents social groups or issues?      My Product uses conventions through its editing.    Common conventions of pop music videos are retro these and bright lights. Throughout my editing, I added different effects and filters to bring this theme to life. My product represents the social groups of teens and pops music enthusiasts. The song I choose for my project is very new and is raved about throughout the teen social group. Also, as this song is of the pop music genre, those apart of that social group can identify common conventions from their other favorite music videos and feel familiar.   2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text? My product engages with the audience by breaking the fourth wall. My Music Video

It's done! I am so happy that I finished this amazing project. I ran into some problems along the way but all in all, I am happy with the outcome. The only thing I am a little disappointed in is the quality of my video. It was all good until it came to upload my video onto Youtube. It is amazing quality and was free.  I used a total of two apps for editing. Cap cut which was used to trim, add effects, and audio. Also, Prequel which I used for the saturated filter on my music video. First, I imported all my fottage onto my editor and the audio. All the footage was over a minute so I had to go in and trim some of it. Once I got the video down to one minute I went in and started adding the transitions. I made sure to only add transition when necessary so it wasn't overwhelming. Then, I added some effects. Such as glitches, VR tapes, and sparkles. Next, I exported the video and imported it into Prequel to add to the filter. I wanted the music video to seem and look retro so finding the perfect filter was crucial. Once I found the perfect one I exported and imported the video back into Capcut to
